Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Plain version: the information you send through this site is used to answer you or send the letters you asked for, and it isn't sold.
What I collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and which letters you chose (Success Starts Sunday, The Human Disruption, or both).
- Book notifications: your first name and email address, so I can tell you when Adapt to Thrive is available.
- Contact notes: your first and last name, email, company (when you share it), your message, and which form you used — speaking, workshop, podcast, media, or general.
- Basic technical information: like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see standard request details such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.
This site is not built around advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How it is used
- To send the newsletters you subscribed to.
- To reply to your note and follow up on the request you made.
- To let you know about the book you asked to hear about.
Who helps handle it
Form submissions and subscriptions are stored in HubSpot, the system used to manage email and contacts. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Podcast episodes play through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which loads only after you press play; once it does, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and Fontshare. Each service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Your information is kept for as long as you stay subscribed, or as long as needed to respond to your request. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information held about you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, send a note and it will be handled as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
